We have looked into and we see that the service was delivered promptly, however, if you are referring to another order then kindly provide us with the corresponding order number and we can look into the matter. The postie confirms she delivered the parcel to the RM sorting office that same day, but Parcel Force indicates it was not received by them. After the 3rd attempt of collection through parcel monkey support, the parcel still hasn't been collected… Hi, when I hit my non-response problems I began googling parcel monkey and a number of forums came to this conclusion. The next day Royal Mail collected the parcel for transfer to Parcel Force. When I spoke to Citylink, the first girl didn't know of any problems and they were still taking orders, the second girl alerted me to 'issues' with parcel monkey. My parcel was not collected on the day… My parcel was not collected on the day promised.
When it arrived in the UK, notification was sent that it was in Leeds (same town as delivery) on the Friday. The parcel was a birthday present and should have been delivered 5 days later. After contacting you through you chat line a collection was offered for 2 days later - i.e 4 days after it should have been collected. Organized collection for Friday after 2pm.
